About COS Connect

Care, clarity and genuine commitment.

Who we are

Knowledge with a personal touch.

At COS Connect, we bring a strong understanding of the NDIS and a thoughtful approach to the people we work with. Our Support Coordinators combine their education and knowledge of the system with compassion, patience and a real interest in getting to know you.

We want to understand your everyday life, the people who matter to you and what you’d like your support to help you achieve. Your lived experience matters, and we respect the insight you bring to every conversation. We make space for questions, explain things in everyday language and approach sensitive situations with care. With your permission, we also work alongside your family and other professionals, keeping your voice central to those discussions.

The difference between us and them

Dedicated to getting it right.

Working exclusively in Support Coordination gives us the space to know our work well and give it the attention it deserves. Our knowledge, resources and time are dedicated to this area, helping us stay closely connected to the needs of participants and the requirements of the NDIS.

We care about the details that make a working relationship feel dependable. That means understanding your circumstances before offering guidance, explaining the reasons behind our advice and following through on what we say we’ll do. When something needs further thought, we take the time to work through it with you.

The values that guide us

What matters in our work.
